Algorithms for Launchpad

Developers of crypto projects and tokens often need funding to bring their ideas to life. One way to attract investment is by launching a native token through a presale.

Presales allow funds to be raised for the following purposes:

  • Adding the token to a DEX and providing liquidity (at least 60% of raised funds).
  • Funding the token owner with the network's cryptocurrency for any purpose (up to 40% of raised funds).

Users can discover active presales in the app and invest in them.

Key Features and Capabilities for Investors

1. Investing Network Cryptocurrency

  • Available after the presale starts and until it ends, if Whitelist is inactive.
  • Available after the Whitelist ends and until the presale ends, if Whitelist is active.
  • Available at any time for Whitelisted users.

2. Investment Limits

Investments are allowed within the minimum and maximum amount per wallet.

3. Refund of Network Cryptocurrency

  • Available from start until the end of the presale.
  • Available after the presale ends if funds raised are less than the SoftCap.
  • Available if developers cancel the presale.

4. Token Launch

  • Available to developers anytime, if SoftCap is reached.
  • Available to all users after the listing date, if SoftCap is reached.

5. Receiving Tokens

  • If vesting is inactive – tokens are available after listing.
  • If vesting is active – partial tokens become available after listing; the rest follow the vesting schedule.

6. Presale Cancellation

  • All tokens are transferred to the owner.
  • Presale cannot be recreated for this token.
  • Available to:
    • All users 24 hours after listing date, if token is not listed.
    • Token owner after presale end and before listing date.

7. Presale Deletion

  • All tokens are transferred to the owner.
  • Presale can be recreated for this token.
  • Available to the token owner before the presale start date.

Key Benefits of the Presale Algorithm for Investors

  • All actions are governed by a smart contract.
  • Only tokens created via DappCrypto are supported, ensuring security.
  • All project info (dates, tokenomics, descriptions, social links) is displayed on the presale page.
  • Automatic liquidity lock with defined unlock date.
  • Impossible to collect more ETH than HardCap.
  • Investors have the ability to withdraw ETH under certain conditions.
  • Anyone can list the token on DEX after the listing date — not only the owner.
  • If token is not listed within 24 hours after listing date, a cancel button appears for all users.
  • If SoftCap is not reached, investors can reclaim their ETH.

Important Points When Choosing a Presale

  • Tokenomics: If less than 100% of tokens are allocated to the presale, the remaining tokens may be sold later.
Risk: This could lead to price drops or token devaluation after launch.
  • Liquidity Lock: Developers set a lock date for liquidity at presale creation.
Risk: After unlocking, the owner could withdraw funds and devalue investments.
  • End and Listing Date Gap: During this period, investors cannot withdraw funds.
Risk: Your funds may be frozen temporarily.
